Is it obligatory to live at your hotels or can I just buy Maxima Hotels souvenir and make some pictures with it?

You can make a picture with souvenirs and take part in “Maxima Lifestyle” nomination.

Can I upload the picture which is out of subject?

It’s your right. But the moderator will estimate your photo not matching to the adjusted terms and conditions of the contest and will delete it.
